FINALS NIGHT 14th SEPTEMBER 2012 - The Black Bull Launton

It starts at 7.30 sharp and played in the following order:

PITCH 1: Divisions 3, 4 and 5 Plate - Crown A v Crown B

PITCH 2: Divisions One and Two Plate - Prince of Wales v White Lion B

After those games with be the actual Cup finals:

PITCH 1: White Horse A v Black Bull C

PITCH 2: White Lion A v Highfield SC A.

Next on the agenda is a newly introduced competition - The Sixers Cup.
Had there been one player who had scored more sixes than anyone else, he/she would have been the outright winner and we wouldn't have this on finals night. As it is, we have three (Bobby Allen, Kevin Bloomfield and Kevin Powney) who have each scored two. So that will be a play off - the best of 12 sticks.

Following that it'll be the four-a-side - White Lion A A v Launton S&SC A A. This has the expectation of being a thriller!

The pairs next - Bill Mellis and John Webber against Norman Brock and Malcolm Butler.

And then, what I always consider to be the big one - the singles. Bobbly Allen against team mate Brian Gough.

As for the presentation - we expect that to start at about 10 o'clock. This year there will be trophies for all players in winning and runners up teams or competitions. So let's see you all there to collect them!
